Macaroni And Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can tomatoes, drained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. dried sweet basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package.
    Rinse in cold water and drain. Brown beef, onion and pepper in skillet. Stir in flour. Add tomatoes and cook until mixture thickens. Stir in
    cheese, seasonings and macaroni. Spoon into buttered casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes until hot and golden brown.
    (I usually sprinkle more cheese on top before baking.)
