Ritz Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled coarsely
1 c. pecans, chopped
2/3 c. cream, whipped
Preparation

Beat egg whites until they start to stiffen.
Slowly add sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
Continue beating until stiff, but not dry.
Carefully fold in coarse crumbs and pecans.
Grease and lightly flour a 9-inch pie pan and fill with mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool and top with slightly sweetened whipped cream flavored with ___ . Combine 3 Ritz crackers (crushed), 2 tablespoons toasted pecans (chopped), 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle over whipped cream.
