Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
    Beat eggs with milk in a separate bowl.
    Add mixture to dry ingredients, beating vigorously.
    Using a tablespoon, drop batter, 2 tablespoons at a time, on a hot greased griddle.
    Cook for 2 minutes, until brown, then turn.
    Cook other side until brown.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Yields 12 crepes.
