Blueberry Sweeter Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. berries
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add remainder of ingredients except berries and mix together with fork or pastry blender. Fold in well drained berries. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake in moderate hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 medium sized muffins.
