Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (10 oz.), shredded
1/2 c. chopped pimento (4 oz.), drained
1 tsp. rum or sherry
1/4 c. olives, drained
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix well cream and Cheddar cheese.
Add mayonnaise, rum or sherry, Worcestershire and salts.
Add pimento and olives.
Chill 1 hour.
Roll into ball.
Roll ball in chopped dried beef.
