Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Put in deep dish crust (9-inch).
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes or until inserted knife blade comes out clean.
