Sweet Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury All Ready pie crusts
    6 slices bacon
    3 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust sheet according to package directions for a filled one-crust pie, using a 9-inch pie plate.
    (Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.)
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    (If crust puffs up, gently press back to bottom and sides of pan with the back of a wooden spoon.)
    Cool completely.
