Chili Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. block Star chili
2 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Add Ro-Tel and heat on medium heat.
Mix in chili; heat.
Add cheese until melted.
Mix in cayenne pepper.
When heated and mixed thoroughly, add whipping cream and heat until blended.
Serve warm in a crock-pot.
