Ingredients

1 large grapefruit, sliced in half
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
maraschino cherry (for garnish, optional)
Preparation

Cut membrane out of the center of each grapefruit half.
Cut around each section so it will be easy to spoon out when eating. Place 1 tablespoon of butter in the center of each half.
