Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. shredded carrots
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla and carrots thoroughly. Add salt, baking soda and baking powder, then mix in flour.
    Nuts can be added last. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased and floured pan.
