Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, washed
    onion
    celery
    garlic
    1/2 to 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Chop fine the onion, celery, mushroom stems and garlic.
    Saute in butter. When crisp, add crackers (not too much, needs to be moist).
    Fill mushrooms.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
