Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar (white)
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 c. apples, peeled and sliced thin
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    (Mix by hand.) This is a one-bowl cake. Mix oil and sugar well. Add eggs, flour and cinnamon. Mix in the baking soda and the buttermilk. Add the apples and pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
