Fruit And Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 c. corkscrew macaroni
    1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. low-fat lemon flavored yogurt
    1/3 c. low calorie orange marmalade
    1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
    2 c. strawberries, halved
    1-1/2 c. cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cubed
    1 c. seedless green or red grapes, halved
    2 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, marmalade and poppy seeds.
    Fold into cooked pasta the strawberries, cantaloupe or honeydew, green or red grapes and green onions.
    Cover and chill 2-8 hours.
    Each 3/4 cup serving has 1 gram fat and 157 calories.
