Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cracker crumbs
2 (12 oz.) containers fresh standard oysters, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter, divided
1 1/3 c. half and half
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle 1/2 cup cracker crumbs in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Cover with half the oysters; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dot with half the butter and cover with half the remaining cracker crumbs.
Repeat layers with remaining oysters, salt, pepper, butter and cracker crumbs.
