Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. stuffing mix
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. ground beef, turkey or venison
    1/4 pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter over low heat until golden.
    In a large bowl, beat the egg slightly.
    Add milk and stuffing; let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add the ground meat, parsley, onion, salt and pepper; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
