Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely shredded cheese
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. milk or dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    nuts
Preparation
    Soften first 3 ingredients to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Chill for 4 to 24 hours. Shape into ball and roll in nuts.
