Carrot Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs and add oil.
    Combine dry ingredients and egg mixture.
    Fold in grated carrots and nuts.
    Pour in sprayed jelly roll or sheet cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes; cool.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
