Marinated Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 medium size bell pepper
    1 can water chestnuts
    salt, pepper and celery seed
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and put in ice water and let stand.
    Slice onion very thin into rings, then separate.
    Slice pepper; slice chestnuts thin.
