Ingredients

2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
2 c. yogurt (plain)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper with a big spoon or a whisk.
Pour over cucumbers.
