Mock Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
