Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
2 tsp. chili powder
2 or 3 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
8 corn tortillas
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion in pan.
Drain grease and add chili powder, cumin and salt.
Cook 10 more minutes.
