Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 beaten egg
Preparation
-
Mix flour, sugar, brown
sugar,
nutmeg,
salt and oil. Take 3/4 cup of mixture and
add
to
it
the chopped nuts and cinnamon.
Set aside.
To
remainder of first mixture add sour milk, soda and beaten egg.
Blend together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle reserved
mixture
over
top.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
