Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package and pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix margarine, cream cheese and sugar. Spread on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let stand to firm up.
