Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans green chilies
    2 pt. sour cream
    2 small cans black olives
    1 or 2 lb. Colby Cheddar
    3 lb. ground beef or chicken
    1 to 2 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    In large
    heavy pot combine tomatoes, chilies, soup, sour cream and 1 can of olives.
    Heat over low heat.
    Put 1 spoonful of meat and 1 spoonful of sauce into each tortilla.
    Fold and place, seam side down, in a large baking pan.
    Add any remaining meat to sauce and pour over tortillas.
    Top with shredded Cheddar and remaining olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
