Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta light cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce or salsa
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation

Cube cheese and put in saucepan; stir in salsa.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in cilantro.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
