Beef Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef stew meat
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours or in crock-pot on low all day.
    Serve with egg noodles or rice.
