Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 small jars baby food carrots
    1 c. well drained, crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Grease and flour a tube pan. Beat eggs and sugar. Add carrots, pineapple and oil. Blend. Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well. Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
    Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Check for doneness before 1 hour.
