Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) fryer
1/2 c. sausage, crumbled
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
2 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup
4 c. chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook chicken in 4 or 5 cups salted water until done.
Cool and cut into bite sized pieces.
Cook vegetables in skillet with sausage until limp.
At this point, mix all ingredients together well and pour into an oblong pan.
Whip the can of mushroom soup and spoon over top of mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 12 to 16.
