Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; let rise for 2 hours.
    Knead down into rolls in a greased pan.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Once out of oven, put butter on top of rolls.
    Makes 16 to 20 rolls.
