Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    12 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 can water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    some fresh chopped celery leaves
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop onion and mince garlic. Brown garlic, onion and beef. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly three hours.
