Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. cocoa
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Add combined flour and cocoa.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until pick comes out clean.
Spread Marshmallow Creme over top of cake; cool.
