Glazed Honey Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small beets (16)
    2 Tbsp. honey mustard
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Wash and cut beet stems to within 2-inches of beet.
    Cook about 12 minutes or until tender.
    Cool and peel.
