No-Time Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Italian style vegetables
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    pinch of tarragon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. pasta
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except pasta in pressure cooker; cook 20 minutes.
    Add pasta.
    Cook until done.
    Additional water may be added with pasta, if thinner soup is desired.
