Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky style peanut butter (about 1 1/3 c.)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar and butter in a heavy 10-inch skillet.
    Set over medium heat; bring to boil and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, peanut butter and extract until evenly blended.
    Turn into a buttered 8-inch square pan and spread to corners.
    Chill before cutting into squares.
    Yields about 2 pounds fudge.
