Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan,
    combine
    sugar,
    milk, margarine and eggs.
    Cook over medium heat
    until
    mixture
    starts
    to bubble, stirring constantly.
    Stir
    in
    remaining ingredients. Cool until frosting will spread consistently.
    Will frost a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake or a 3 layer cake.
