The Simolon'S Favorite Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust in 8-inch pan
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
    Add vanilla, lemon juice and egg; beat well.
    Spoon into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
