Ingredients

1 pt. carrots
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 Tbsp. butter
juice from 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Simmer carrots in enough salted water to cover until tender. Drain and add remaining ingredients.
Saute for 10 minutes, shaking the pan so each piece of carrot will be coated with the dressing.
