Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. half and half
    croutons (optional)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 cup water.
    Do not drain.
    Blend milk, cheese and flour in blender on grind.
    Add mixture to broccoli.
    Add half and half.
    Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Serves 4 to 6.
