Da Kat'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 cloves garlic
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1 c. olive oil
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. beer (not light)
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add garlic and onions.
    Brown until soft. Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Taste for seasoning.
    This is a sweet type barbecue sauce.
    To make it more pungent, eliminate the beer and increase vinegar to 1 cup.
