Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. raw apples (Winesap or Rome), chopped
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar well; add oil, then vanilla.
    Mix in flour.
    Then stir in apples and pecans.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
