Three Cup Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. oil
    milk (enough milk to make 1 c. when added to eggs and oil)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Bake in an iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Split and use whatever fruit you like, such as strawberries, peaches, etc.
    Top with Cool Whip and slice like you would a pie.
