Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 Tbsp. chili sauce
Preparation
    Wipe pork chops with a damp cloth.
    Make a few slits at the fat side of each pork chop.
    Place in glass pan or stainless bowl.
