Pecan-Crumble Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed light-brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 1/2 - 3 pounds sweet potatoes, pared
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup maple syrup
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and allspice; mix well.
Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.
Spray 2 quart dish with PAM.
Cut potatoes in 1/4-inch diagonal slices.
Place 1 layer of potatoes in dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crumbs.
Layer remaining slices, overlapping.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and pecans.
Drizzle maple syrup on top.
Bake at 350 degrees, lightly covered with foil, for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes.
