Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    onion salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Add soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and carrot. Butter dish.
    Line with Ritz crackers.
    Add squash mixture and top with crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
