Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

5 egg whites
1/2 c. Crisco
5 egg yolks
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 can coconut
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Mix egg yolks and remaining ingredients together in order listed.
Beat well.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Place in Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
