Fish Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fillet of sole or orange roughy
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Brush fillets with mayonnaise.
Mix cheese and crumbs.
Roll fish in crumb mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily with fork.
