Moravian Chicken Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and boiled)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 Tbsp. oil (if no fat in broth)
    3/4 stick margarine
    water (enough to make 2 c. broth)
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Break up 1 pie shell and place in bottom of dish.
    Crumble chicken on top of shell. Melt butter into soup plus 2 cups chicken broth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crumble 2nd pie shell on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
