Tabouli(Greek Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark bulgar wheat
    1 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled and drained
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. dried mint
    1/4 c. olive oil
    fresh black pepper
    2 medium diced tomatoes
    1 c. chopped parsley (fresh) or 1/4 c. dried parsley
Preparation
    Mix bulgar, boiling water and salt in pan. Cover and let stand 20 to 30 minutes or until bulgar is chewable (water is absorbed). Add lemon juice, garlic, oil, mint and pepper.
    Mix and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
    Add veggies before serving.
    Add cheese and mix. (Salt may be omitted since the cheese is salty.)
