Marsha'S Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    8 oz. chicken broth
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Dice chicken.
    Dip in egg, then bread crumbs.
    Brown approximately 20 minutes in margarine in large skillet.
    Put chicken in 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Cover with broth, cheese and mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
