Pineapple Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
3 oz. lemon jello
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. diced apple with peel
1 c. celery
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine can of crushed pineapple and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add lemon jello and cream cheese to mixture; let cool. Fold in apples, celery, nuts and Cool Whip.
Refrigerate in mold and serve chilled.
